Hello, I'm Matene Okoye, a Realtor and Associate Broker residing in Prince George's County, Maryland. With over 19 years of experience, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous clients in residential, commercial, and investment transactions, establishing myself as a knowledgeable and dependable Realtor.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Communication. I take great pride in my deep roots, having originally hailed from Monrovia, Liberia. However, Maryland has been my cherished home for the past three decades.

Working alongside my husband and colleagues at Sold 10 Real Estate Inc., our family-owned brokerage, fills me with immense joy. As a top negotiator and problem solver, I thrive in high-pressure situations. Meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals is incredibly rewarding to me. I also find fulfillment in mentoring and sharing the valuable lessons I've learned in business, life, and real estate.

Beyond my real estate endeavors, I am a dedicated business owner, and I find great fulfillment in inspiring others to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. In September 2022, I proudly launched Home & Haven LLC, an energetic meeting and co-working space situated in Lanham, Maryland. I also offer in-person coaching sessions and training there, providing guidance to aspiring individuals.

While I'm deeply passionate about my career and business ventures, I place the utmost importance in serving my family and actively participating in my daughter's PTA. Giving back to the community is a core value of mine. I take pride in sponsoring educational advancements for individuals and consistently supporting organizations that assist high-risk women and children.
